A feature length documentary exploring Beyoglu, the cultural heart of Istanbul - its art, fashion, music and above all the people who make up its thriving community. Amanda first went to Istanbul on holiday 15 years ago. She immediately fell in love with the city. Since then, she’s returned many times and has always found herself being drawn back to Beyoglu. In this documentary she explores the area through meeting some of its most creative characters. In learning about them and their lives she builds up an intimate and engaging portrait of a unique area.
